Description
We believe that gymnastics training is the best possible foundation for physical fitness. Gymnastics develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and most important SELF CONFIDENCE. These are the basics necessary for success in all sports and physical activities.
Our full-time program is designed for children ages 2 years 9 months to 5 years old and also offers the option of a part-day pre-school.
Our program is created to meet the needs of both pre-schoolers (ages 2.9 to 4 years) and pre-kindergarten youngsters (ages 4-5).
